THE SALISBURY CITY COUNCIL WILL CONVENE IN LEGISLATIVE SESSION AT 6:00 P.M. THIS EVENING (MONDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2014) IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, ROOM #301 OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE BUILDING (125 N. DIVISION STREET).
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF THE COUNCIL’S LEGISLATIVE SESSION AT APPROXIMATELY 7:20 P.M., IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND §10-508(a)(7)(8), SALISBURY CITY COUNCIL WILL VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION FOR THE PURPOSES OF:
1. TO CONSULT WITH COUNSEL TO OBTAIN LEGAL ADVICE ON A LEGAL MATTER
2. TO CONSULT WITH STAFF, CONSULTANTS, OR OTHER INDIVIDUALS ABOUT PENDING OR POTENTIAL LITIGATION
THE CLOSED SESSION WILL ALSO BE HELD IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT WHICH TIME THE PUBLIC CAN OBSERVE THE MOTION, ANY DISCUSSION AND THE VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION AS NOTED ABOVE.
