DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Richard Petty stood by his comments that Danica Patrick can’t win a Cup race and the Hall of Famer says it’s unfair he has been labeled a sexist.
Petty said last week the only way Patrick could win a Sprint Cup race was “if everybody else stayed home.”
Speaking Saturday at Daytona International Speedway, Petty says no one would make a fuss about his remarks if he was talking about a male driver.

She has done nothing in auto racing....she's hopped from one form to another without any real success to speak of....she should spend more time behind the wheel practicing instead of being a media wench. NASCAR is nearing the end of its run as it is so she ir not relevant anyway. It's about her lack of skill not the fact she is a woman.....
ReplyDeleteYes, once again, liberal pansy's feelings are hurt by the truth.
ReplyDeleteTHEY are the sexists and the bigots that refuse to allow opinions be spoken and will use any means to silence their opposition... even Government or illegal means if the speech doesn't fit their political agenda.
She might not know how to drive but she looks good in a bikini
ReplyDeleteshe sucks, can't drive and has been pushed ahead of others only because she is a woman! Kinda like the military, even though she can't perform on the same level so lets dumb everything down for her! makes nascar not worth my time unless of course someone wrecks her! big deal.
ReplyDeleteHer and Dale Jr are both peas in a pod. Neither one can drive and ride the coat tails of those that have. If it wasn't for Sr., Jr would have been pushed out long ago as the original Danica
ReplyDeleteSame thing applies to Obama. He completely sucks as President, but when you say that you're accused of being racist
ReplyDeleteAre their any black NASCAR drivers?
ReplyDeleteWell I really don't care for Danica but his son Kyle was a joke when he ran in the races also.....soooo
ReplyDelete12:00 takes one to know one!
