After wasting nearly $325 million during the 2012 election cycle with nothing to show for it and thendeclaring war on the Tea Party, donations to Karl Rove's three Crossroads groups decreased by 98% last year. The groups reportedly raised a paltry $6.1 million combined in 2013.
Rove runs Crossroads GPS, American Crossroads, and the Conservative Victory Project Super PAC, which was formed this year to wage war against conservatives. Rove's two groups raised $325 million in 2012 and about $70 million in 2010. As Politico notes, though, "Rove added a third group to the network in 2013, forming the Conservative Victory Project to counterbalance the influence of Tea Party and conservative grassroots forces in GOP primaries."

Hopefully this tells folks that the Tea Party is real and needs to be considered. If the mainstream republicans don't get their RINO acts together, they will get steamrolled in to irrelevancy.....
ReplyDeleteLove Karl Rove. Brilliant man. He needs to understand the Tea Party is here to stay.
ReplyDeleteLong live the principles of small government. NOT compromise.
Hello, I am the TEA Party, and represent more folks than the GOP does.

Or, not!
We're still here, and working.
6:45. Thank you. The US has had many political parties historically. I see no reason why the Tea party if it sticks to its core principles cant survive and thrive.
ReplyDeleteHA HA HA The Tea Baggers are here to Stay Obama...Long Live the Tea PARTY...
ReplyDeleteThe RINOs are committing suicide. Their answer to every issue is compromise with the socialists. The actual conservatives like the Tea Party in the Republican party are not going to do that so the RINOs give the elections to the socialists by default. To a true conservative a gutless moderate is as bad or worse than than a dedicated socialist. The moderates always tell the true conservatives "you can't win an election by having true convictions". That is false. If the RINO's would get some guts and stand with the conservatives, then we could win. Not complicated. The term moderate is just another way to say Wimp.
