    Jim is volunteering the tax. Will Jake Day and the Council majority go for it????? Jimmy wants to purposely raise your taxes again, seriously.

    So, they will follow the rain tax by a snow tax. After all, once snow melts - water. Then a sunshine tax. That should just about cover tax increases 365 days a year.
