Incident: WCSO Activity 27 Jan 2014

Location: Wicomico County


1.      On 27 Jan 2014 at 9:45 AM a deputy arrested Darnell Larryette Fuller, 59 of Salisbury, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant.The warrant was issued after Fuller failed to appear for a violation of probation hearing following a conviction for Assault 2nd degree.Fuller was detained without bond.

2.      On 27 Jan 2014 at 10:30 AM a deputy arrested Kevin Lee Marquess Jr., 24 of Willards, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Marquess failed to appear for a violation of probation hearing following a conviction for Burglary 2nd Degree. Marquess was detained on a bond of $1,000.00.

3.      On 27 Jan 2014 at 11:15 AM a deputy arrested Alexander Dewight Stevens, 33 of Salisbury, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant.The warrant was issued after Stevens violated the terms of his probation following a conviction for CDS Possession with the Intent to Distribute.Stevens was detained without bond.

4.      On 27 Jan 2014 at 4:55 PM a deputy arrested Bryan Keith Parker, 42 of Salisbury, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Parker failed to appear for a trial in a CDS Possession with the Intent to Distribute case. Parker was detained without bond.

Incident: Assault

Date of Incident: 27 January 2014

Location: 8800 block of Woodcreek Parkway, Delmar, MD

Narrative: On 27 January 2014 at 3:48 PM a deputy began an investigation into an altercation that occurred in the 8800 block of Woodcreek Parkway in Delmar, MD. In this incident, Robert Nichols stands accused of engaging in an altercation with a male subject at that location that turned physical. According to the victim in this case, Nichols assaulted him by punching him in the face causing a broken nose.

The deputy applied for and obtained a warrant for the arrest of Nichols and he was taken into custody at 10:22 PM. Upon arrest he was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Nichols pending a future court appearance.
