Salisbury City Council Meeting
THE SALISBURY CITY COUNCIL WILL MEET AT 1:30 P.M. ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2014 TO ENTERTAIN A VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION TO CONSULT WITH COUNSEL TO OBTAIN LEGAL ADVICE ON A LEGAL MATTER AND TO CONSULT WITH STAFF, CONSULTANTS, OR OTHER INDIVIDUALS ABOUT PENDING OR POTENTIAL LITIGATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND §10-508(a)(7)(8). (COUNCIL IS SCHEDULED TO RECEIVE A QUARTERLY UPDATE ON LITIGATION)
THE CLOSED SESSION WILL BE HELD IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, ROOM 301 OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE BUILDING (125 N. DIVISION STREET) AT WHICH TIME THE PUBLIC CAN OBSERVE THE MOTION, ANY DISCUSSION AND THE VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION AS NOTED ABOVE.
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE ADJOURNMENT OF THE CLOSED SESSION, AT APPROXIMATELY 2:30 P.M., THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED WORK SESSION WILL BEGIN. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND.

DeleteCouncil gets a quarterly update on city's cases. January marks the start of the quarter.
ReplyDeleteIts deeper than that but nice try. Notice the Mayor has conspicuously been out of the publics purview for the last couple of months. Looks like he's trying to take the public eye off his legal problems.
