Found dog in the Heather Glen area off of Parker Road in Sby. Has 2014 Somerset Co Rabies vaccination tags. Very friendly. Young male black lab.  Call 443-324-2448

    vet name should be on the tag
    call the vet and ask who it belongs to?

    The county's rabies tags don't have the vet's name on them. It has an ID#.
