* HAZARDS: DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILLS. * WIND CHILL VALUES: 5 TO 10 BELOW ZERO DUE TO TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 5 AND 10 DEGREES ABOVE ZERO COMBINED WITH WEST WINDS AT 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH.

AREAS OF DENSE FOG HAVE DEVELOPED ALONG THE VIRGINIA AND MARYLAND EASTERN SHORE BEACHES EARLY THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES HAVE LOWERED TO BETWEEN ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF MILE IN MOST LOCATIONS. THE FOG IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH SUNRISE. PERIODIC RAIN MAY HELP TO SCOUR OUT SOME OF THE FOG AT TIMES.
MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR SUDDEN CHANGES IN VISIBILITY DUE TO THE AREAS OF DENSE FOG. DRIVE AT REDUCED SPEEDS...WATCH FOR CHILDREN AT SCHOOL BUS STOPS...AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS ONLY.
