Unreal: Healthcare.gov Doesn’t Have Payment System, Government Just Guessing On Payments

The Obama Healthcare Exchange was built without a way to accept payments.

Brilliant.

So they’re asking insurance companies to “estimate” what policies will cost, and paying them based on those estimates.

It’s all guesswork with taxpayer money:

    The insurance company will over estimate to reduce their risk and then the reconciliation will be impossible... Bet that is the carrot the administration dangled to get them (the insurance company) to agree with this madness...
