Troopers Seek Public’s Help Identifying Credit Card Fraud Suspects

Delmar – Detectives are asking the public for help identifying four people who made purchases using stolen credit card information.

The investigation began after victims in Pennsylvania received unauthorized charges on their credit cards from transactions in Delmar, Seaford, and Salisbury, MD. The victims still had their credit cards in their possession.

A preliminary investigation indicates the victims’ credit card information was stolen and used to make cloned credit cards, which, when used, transmit the victims’ credit card information. Detectives have obtained video surveillance of two of the purchases, which were performed by four suspects. Their pictures are attached.
