    All kidding aside,has anyone actually identified exactly what the signer was signing or was it total jibberish?

    It was total jibberish 11:45. The nut case doesn't even know sign language. The question is how he got the job to begin with, but the reality is, this is par for course in South Africa. The Republic has steadily gone downhill into lawlessness, which is what Mandela's legacy really is. Made a mess of the country, then when his position was guarantee in the society, he ran and left the people-his people to fend for themselves. It's now the one of the most crime ridden, poverty stricken place in the world.
