But I wonder if the State's Attorney would have been so nice to a regular citizen (who wasn't a retired cop) who not only shot a man but admitted to having a loaded pistol in his house, just stashed in his closet. AND out in his yard, firing at a car. I just printed out the "Firearms Safety Act of 2013" (what a misnomer -- should have been called "Frearms Restriction Act"). A disgusting piece of Democratic legislation. In this instance, if the guy didn't have a weapon, the ONLY thing the police would have done is file a report. About a dead homeowner and his wife. Thank your "representatives" for doing such a good job protecting you. Keep cheering.
