A Maryland homebuilder praised by Gov. Martin O'Malley for its environmental innovation says it's struggling financially because it grew too fast.
The Frederick News-Post (http://bit.ly/18hl339) reported Monday that Stevensville-based Nexus EnergyHomes faces lawsuits from seven contractors and complaints from homeowners in its North Pointe development in Frederick.
The company has two other projects in Frederick County, one in Upper Marlboro and one in North Charleston, S.C.
