    I absolutely agree. Salisbury is very similar to College Park, MD - just a tad bit smaller.

    Salisbury's poverty rate would have also made the list as 1-5 are considered living in poverty here in Wicomico County.

    The college has nothing to do with it. PG County is 100% GHETTO just like 2:06 PM said. Salisbury is a ghetto and it has the same qualities in leadership as PG County. Poor leadership and corrupt leadership. The poverty scores are the minorities in and around towns who refuse to work. If you think it's the college you are an idiot. UMCP and SU have some of the richest students attending their colleges and they aren't ghetto. Ghetto's and poverty is because of the lazy minorities who refuse to work and sit back and collect welfare.
