- On 6 November 2013 at 10:40 AM, a deputy arrested Jo Ann Marie Abdullin, 25 of Salisbury, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after she violated the terms of her probation in a DUI case. Abdullin was detained in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.
- On 6 November 2013 at 12:17 PM, a deputy arrested Tracey Deangelo McKinney, 45 of Salisbury, MD, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant that had been issued in a Child Support Case. McKinney was detained in the Detention Center in lieu of $1,000.00 bond.
- On 6 November 2013 at 4:00 PM, a deputy returned from an extradition to New Castle County, Delaware with Dasia A. Banks, 25 of Seaford, DE. Banks was wanted on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant that was issued after she violated the terms of her probation in a Robbery Case.

Suspect: Shateshia Michette Williams, 20, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 6 November 2013 at 11:09 AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 1700 block of Dale Lane to investigate an act of vandalism. Upon arrival, the deputy learned that that Shateshia Williams had come to that residence and smashed out the windows of two vehicles that belonged to her ex-boyfriend. During the investigation the deputy learned the situation arose from an argument over facebook postings. The deputy located and arrested Williams nearby. Upon arrest, Williams was transported to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Williams on Personal Recognizance.

Suspect: Jay David Gates, 41, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 6 November 2013 at 3:45 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jay Gates in connection with a violation of a Peace Order. According to the complainant in this case, Gates called three times in violation of the Peace Order that barred Gates from calling or otherwise contacting the complainant. Upon arrest Gates was presented to the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Gates in the Detention Center in lieu of $12,500.00 bond.

Location: Naylor Mill Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Markeeta Lateece Waters, 18, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 6 November 2013 at 3:52 PM, a deputy was standing adjacent to the intersection of Naylor Mill Road and Jersey Road when he observed a vehicle operated by Markeeta Waters approach and stop at the stop sign. The deputy observed that Waters was not wearing her seat belt which led to him approaching her and directing her into the adjacent parking lot. Waters appeared to comply with the deputy’s instructions, but once she pulled into the lot, Waters accelerated out of the parking lot in an apparent attempt to leave the deputy behind. The deputy returned to his vehicle and maneuvered to go after Waters as she turned onto Log Cabin Road. The deputy pursued Waters as she attempted to elude him, eventually pulling into a driveway in 7000 block of Dublin Road. The deputy managed to detain Waters at that location before she was able to flee any further. Waters did not reside at the address she pulled in to.
Waters told the deputy several times that she was on the way to see her probation agent and could not be late.
The deputy also discovered that Waters’ privilege to drive a vehicle had been both suspended and revoked by the State of Maryland. The deputy placed Waters under arrest and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Waters in the Detention Center in lieu of $15,000.00 bond.
Charges: Attempt to Flee and Elude, Driving While Suspended, Driving While Revoked, Operator Not Restrained by a Seat Belt and Reckless Driving

ReplyDeleteActually,the court system depends on this element to remain busy and employed.Make a copy of everyone you see arrested,unless you have a good memory.Each one will be harnessed by the judicial system & will make many repeat appearances.The more court appearances they make the more revenue generated.Truly a form of slavery.Sad but true.

Very few of these "peops" look very sorry about what they did. Mr Tattoo neck is especially proud of his crimes, past and present.
