    Not sure how to interpret the map, I live in Fruitland and have never lost power. It looks like the east side of 13 has. Walmart shopping center is completely dark.

    No lights on Rt 13 from SU north to about PRMC. This was at around 9pm

    Power was out all near the hospital in salisbury. Down town seemed unaffected.
