    3:59 doesn't know much about history. Nothing is guaranteed.
    There is no free ride.
    Once the insurance companies get soaked and rates skyrocket even more, it will end.
    No one is signing up, and Medicaid, another free ride is going to get overloaded.
    The cookie will crumble.
    It has already started.
