HARRIS COUNTY, Texas -- Harris County investigators said Deputy Jimmy Drummond was caught on dash cam video brutalizing a family.
Drummond followed the son home because he said he was speeding. As other family members approached the scene, they were all beaten.
The son's ribs were broken and his father's face was bruised. The mother was dragged.
Deputy Drummond was charged with official oppression and is due in court on Friday.

It's awful hard to convince people you are just "protecting and serving" when you get FILMED standing over a man (already in handcuffs, stretched out on the ground and being restrained by TWO OTHER COPS!) and kicking him -- repeatedly (!!). Resisting arrest USED to mean you were actually "resisting", but I suppose the new definition is "he ain't wearin' no badge and he is still breathing". The boy is resisting!! Hold him down! Wait!! CUFF HIM FIRST!! NOW, I can kick him!! REAL tough guys....
