The famous Farmer’s Almanac is going to damper the mood of many man-made global warming alarmists when the book hits the shelves on Monday. They predict the 2013-2014 winter will be extremely cold.
The book uses words like “piercing cold,” “bitterly cold,” and “biting cold” to describe the upcoming winter. The authors predict a huge winter storm during the first outdoor Super Bowl in years. The Super Bowl is scheduled at MetLife Stadium in the Meadowlands in New Jersey, and the almanac predicts a huge winter storm in the Northeast at that time.
The almanac also predicts two-thirds of the country will experience a colder than normal winter and heavy snowfall in the Midwest, Great Lakes, and New England. From the Associated Press:

It won't matter. We've had a summer with only 2 weeks of hot weather, no drought that usually happens, and a colder winter expected.
ReplyDeleteIf the winter happens as expected, the "Global Warming" will be rephrased with the now familiar "Climate Change", and the tax agenda will rock on.
The only thing missing is a majority of people who see this as BS. Low information idiots abound!
the farmers almanac is usually wrong...

ReplyDeletethere is a thing called global warming... And it does exist and it does happen... But it is a cycle of the earth or surrounding things...
Everything has a cycle... The global warming you speak of is affected by the sun and its solar flares... The more of them or the father they come off the sun the warmer earth will be.... the less or smaller the flares the colder earth will be...
There is no such thing as man made global warming... Well there wasn't until obama bin laden pushed for green tech and they are actively poisoning the sky with aluminum and particles to keep the gasses on earth to warm it up to prove there is global warming...
This I can promise you, that is bad and everyone will be affected and they are only do this for more money... They will ruin the planet by doing this all for the sake of money...
Which is funny because if everyone dies from this, then what good is the money they stole?
Exactly...
Just like the bad hurricane season.
ReplyDeleteGood point 8:27.The US midsection will have a tremendous amount of precip, mostly in the form of snow. The east coast will get mostly rain & one hard snow of app 1'.Nationally speaking, the pump has been primed this summer for the remainder of this year and a third of 2014.Lots of precip everywhere except where it's desperately needed.Mild east coast winter ahead.
ReplyDeleteDon't see it happening here. I'll believe in what the wolly bears tell me next month. :)
ReplyDelete10:05, the Almanac is running an 80% accuracy rate. Try that against the MSM weather hemorrhoids!
ReplyDeleteFunny how the farmers almanac has been more accurate than the enviro scare mongers like Algore, Michael Mann, and Jim Hansen, with their million dollar government paid for computers.
