  1. Last week i had a 1500.00 vet bill. My dog was eating Beneiful and got sick. I read your article about it killing animals and he had all those simptions. He almost died. Thank You for reporting this.

  3. That's high end dog food we pay more for. I did come renovation in a local plant to high end dog food and watched the meat auger to the grinder carrying plastic wrap and pallet wood often!

  4. Try Beaverdam. They have a website. I did the research before getting my puppy and it was rated very high in independent tests and can be found locally. One of the highest rated not only found locally but a cost lower than most premiums foods. Their no frills packaging saves the buyer money.

  5. Re: Beaverdam, It looks like the only store in Salisbury that carries it is Ace Hardware. Sorry, but I can't afford their markup. I'll check anyway, but when they sell tomato juice for 8 bucks a pint, I'm pretty sure my dog can't afford to eat there.

  6. Procter and Gamble sucks. They have purchased several other pet food companies and all have had recalls for tainted food. Royal Canin here and Ill never give my pets anything else.

  7. I cook for my dog. He loves fresh veggies raw. I wouldn't think of feeding him dog food since the last time a major manufacturing plant killed so many animals. My do is family.
