Breaking News: Underground Explosions Rock Downtown Detroit

DETROIT (WXYZ) - An underground problem has caused multiple explosion in Downtown Detroit.

The blasts are launching manhole covers into air.

It's happening in the area of Washington Boulevard and and State Street, near the Rosa Parks Transit Center.

There are reports of broken windows in the area.
