As mortgage rates remain low and banks become more lenient with lending, the demand for vacation homes is rising.

ReplyDeleteJust check out the prices. OC's are insanely high(compared to any beach community further south). For what? A lame "family vacation" spot. I'd much rather spend much less and move somewhere like HHI, Hatteras, or Destin.
