Inept Muslim Arsonist Trying To Commit Insurance Fraud Lit Himself On Fire By Mistake

An arsonist has been described by police as ‘inept’ after setting fire to himself while trying to burn down a takeaway.

Rana Kamran later told doctors that his injuries were from cooking oil he had spilled on himself at his home in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, after falling over.
