No Bond Really! 3 Thugs like this! Too busy writing Speeding Tickets and No seat Belts! Need to be kept in prison Look at them! scary!
ReplyDeleteThese are serious charges, one having a concealed deadly weapon, they are a flight risk and the judge releases them without bond?
ReplyDeleteI bet if they were white they would still be in jail.
Why did it take a year and four days for this story to hit the news? 9:39 the police make the arrest and file charges, the do not set bail. expect the police are also as frustrated over this as you.
ReplyDeleteI was nice of this judge to release these three upstanding citizens visiting us from Pennsylvania. I am sure they worked so hard they were so tired they fell asleep in their car before they were able to pay for a hotel room.
ReplyDeletewhat is MDMA?
ReplyDeleteDate rape drug.main ingredient for excstasy
DeleteDepending on the form it's in... MDMA is commonly known on the street as Ecstasy or Molly.
ReplyDeleteIt's Ecstasy 10:19. It's popular with the electronic dance music crowd. I wonder what bar they were selling it at?
ReplyDeleteNot a judge, court commissioner is who sets bonds. Judges come into the picture when someone requests a bond review hearing.
ReplyDeleteNo jail space people.Someone worse would have to be released to make room for these gems.Prison regs are tightening up.Overcrowding is a no no,but the judicial system absolutely denies that there is no room in the inn. It's a lose lose for us,and a win win for the bad guys.
