Was tied up in bumper to bumper traffic going into OC shortly after this. Had no idea why so much traffic back up in West OC on a Tuesday late afternoon. Thanks to SBY news I now know why. Hope everyone is ok.
Funny this looks like it was the southbound lane on Philadelphia, but they also closed the westbound route 50 lanes. They couldn't have had the police reroute the traffic onto St. Louis Ave to avoid the massive backup? So many times things like this happen in Ocean City and the police don't use common sense in redirecting traffic- any local would know how to get around it, why don't they?
I see the MSP is cruising the streets in OC. I don't blame them a bit.
ReplyDelete4:26 They may have been chasing the car. The vehicle must have been going fast in order to turn over there.
ReplyDeleteDarn pedestrians fault.
