Minor to moderate flooding is likely in poor drainage and low lying areas Friday. The heavy rainfall may cause small streams and creeks to rise out of their banks, overflowing low lying roads. There is an isolated risk of tornadoes from mid-morning Friday morning into Friday afternoon.
