Tornado Reported In Md., Homes Damaged In Del.

Storm Damage On Starting Gate Court, Howard County, MD

BALTIMORE (AP) -- The National Weather Service says a tornado was reported near Sykesville, although the Carroll County Sheriff's Office it could not be confirmed.

A fire official in Howard County reported high winds destroyed a building and detached garage were destroyed in the part of Woodbine that is in Howard County.

In Baltimore, flooding was reported on several streets.

The Carroll County Sheriff's Office said Monday night that while there were reports of a tornado touching down in the Woodbine area, there were no reports of damage as of 8 p.m.
