First, there's little question of the policeman's guilt, second a cover up was almost accomplished and if they did deeper, this will not be that policeman's first time around the sexual deviant track. Women should also acknowledge that when coming to court or being in public when you dress like a street walker, there's a good chance that some male will treat you like one, even a cop which doesn't make it right but it's become more pervasive in this anything goes, liberal sexual oriented society. The judge should be fired too.
She definitely has a case, but she is clueless as to how to dress in court.A woman wearing provocative clothing has a hard time being taken seriously when she claims to have been assaulted. If someone had told her to dress conservatively before her case she might have been more credible.
typical ignorant commentors. She has a long sleeved shirt on with a modest neck line, boots and either a skirt or shorts on, whats the problem with that? there is nothing provocative about her attire, which has no bearing on how people should be treated. so she's attractive is that the problem? morons. she should have never been touched by a male officer, regardless of her attire. and the "drug" search was illegal.
There's a reason why they ask the women to cover up. Read the dress code for women visitors at the Wicomico County jail, it might surprise most of you....
Some of you people are beyond stupid. The way anyone dresses is no reason for them to be assaulted, fondled, or otherwise touched in any way. ESPECIALLY by LEO's.
This court and its employee's have a history of breaking the laws and covering up things that happen INSIDE of the court room and building.
People want to know why, and what has happened to this country, just read some of these comments.
Brain dead is the best description.
The officer was fired, the judge and others are under investigation and they STILL try to blame the victim.
Is it any wonder the government walks all over us when there are wimps such as these not standing up and doing the right thing? Or not even SAYING the right things.
Those attitudes are just plain disgusting. And you will get what you deserve.

ReplyDeleteI don't believe what I am reading. Are you saying that she should have been assaulted because she dressed trashy? Unbelievable.
