Committee Votes To Put Casino Bailout In Budget

The money will be used to offset payments to vendors that supply video lottery machines to Dover Downs, Delaware Park and Harrington Raceway, administration officials said. The casinos will not be able to use the money for other expenses.

  4. Thank you, 1255. This was sold to us as a way to pay for education. If their business plan failed, then they need to close the business, just as I would have to close mine. No government is going to bail me out.
