ReplyDeleteAll of Maryland is business unfriendly, not just Baltimore.
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks to Tricky Ricky and Mayor idiot, Wicomico won First Place!!! No, I am not Joe.
ReplyDeleteWe can attract businesses and treat our residence with respect. Lets raise the fuel tax 24 cent and let charge a rain tax. I love Maryland lol.
ReplyDeleteMost of the worse cities listed have a mostly black population. There is to much crime and people on welfare to even consider investing in those locations. This is not a bias statement, it's just the way it is.
