Thank you for the combat zone in Chicago.
Of course, they're all blaming each other.
Can’t blame Republicans; there aren't any!
Chicago school system rated one of the worst in the country.
Can’t blame Republicans; there aren't any!
State pension fund $78 Billion in debt, worst in country.
Can’t blame Republicans; there aren't any!
Cook County (Chicago) sales tax 10.25% highest in country.
Can’t blame Republicans; there aren't any!
This is the political culture that Obama comes from in Illinois.
And he is going to “fix” Washington politics for us???
George Ryan is no longer governor; he is in prison. Of course he was replaced by Rod Blagojevich who is... that's right, also in prison. And Representative Jesse Jackson Jr. resigned recently. That’s because he is fighting being sent to…right again, prison!
The Land of Lincoln, where governors make our license plates!!!!
But they can still blame Bush.
ReplyDeleteJust for the record. Jessie Jackson, Jr. is no longer a Congressman. In fact, he is waiting sentencing for misuse of campaign funds!
ReplyDeleteWith the Democrats and O'Malley, Maryland is not far behind. Don't forget, the Democrats here on the Shore suck up to O'Malley and follow him around like puppy dogs.
ReplyDeleteLike Weiner should pull out of New York!
ReplyDeleteMaryland is right on Chicago's tail when it comes to governors in jail, taxes and one party rule!
ReplyDeleteHaving moved to MD from southern IL I can confirm the corruption. Sadly though despite that IL does quite a few things better than MD. The cost of living in other parts of IL is cheap compared to nearly ever corner of MD. Jobs were always available and there was a "standard" for tax based services. Here in MD no one gives a sh*t and its pricey to live here. Good luck getting your road plowed or other tax based services performed with any pride. These werent generally issues in IL.
