The judge said the retrial of the penalty phase only will commence July 18 with a new panel of jurors.

  1. The path this trial has taken has been the most profitable way for all involved. It simply could not end this way.Cha ching has kept it going this long and will continue to keep it going.Trials can be huge money making machines.Ratings go through the roof&advertisers pay premium amounts for 30 second or 1 minute commercials. We are an addicted public & the networks, especially HLN,are capitalizing on it.

  2. If she had Aileen Wuornos features, this perdominately male jury would have sentence her to death. this women is going to look real good in jail for the next 25 years. I feel sorry for the male correctional officers who will be employed at the facility she will reside. Oh! Maybe she'll have a baby while incarcerated. Someone will give up their employment with the department of corrections with baby and fame.
