A California father of four died after being beaten by police outside of a Bakersfield hospital, while witnesses say he begged for his life. A couple witnesses filmed the gruesome scene, but say they were later forced to give their cellphones to authorities and have yet to receive their devices back.
The Bakersfield Californian reported 33-year-old David Sal Silva died early Wednesday morning in the hospital after he was struck an unknown amount of times by nine authorities seeking to subdue him. Silva was considered possibly intoxicated and an autopsy is expected to reveal if he was killed by injuries sustained in the beating or other complications.
Police and county sheriffs were responding to a call regarding a possibly intoxicated man outside Kern Medical Center Tuesday night and say Silva resisted them.

As you fend off a brutal deadly attack fighting for your life at the hands of the mercenaries, they say, "stop resisting! Stop resisting!!" and give each other a high five and a job well done fist bump.
ReplyDeleteThey should be convicted and sentenced to death by beating.
Murderers! These cops need to go to jail forever or get the death penalty.
ReplyDeleteNINE against one and they had to beat himn to death? 10:34 is correct. Part of the training for cops is yell "stop resisting!" as many times as possible so later, when the case is "litigated", the jurors hear the police doing their best to subdue a "resisting" man. Nine against one. Say that again. The confiscation of private property, too? After watching the Gestapo do THAT to a citizen, when told to give their cells up, other citizens were HAPPY to do it, just to escape with their lives. Public servants? PROTECTING and serving? I can't wait to hear "he seemed to be on PCP", or "he wouldn't stop resisting", or SOME kind of BS to justify killing a citizen with a nine on one attack. Thats so many cops, they had to take turns on him, because there is NO WAY nine men can be beating one man at the same time. They beat him so badly that even being AT the hospital wasn't enough to save him. And there HAD to be a point where the guy wasn't dead yet, but unable to anything but lay there. As the beating continued unabated. The cells will be returned, though. Eventually. If they feel like it. Totally erased. Keep cheering.
ReplyDeletesooner or later the public is going to have enough of being terrorized by these public employees! God help them then! won't be anyplace they can run and hide! More reason why everyone should be carrying a gun! Maybe he could have taken a few or his tormentors with him!
ReplyDeletePresumably the hospital staff called 911,because the article did not suggest otherwise.A medical facility made the initial request for police response.Taking him in the ER was not an option because he was not unconscious before the police incident, just unruly. Therefore the police were initially informed that the hospital staff had reported a hostile subject on grounds, intoxicated. That being said, this will be interesting to watch unfold, but the hospital will try desperately to stay out of it.There is more to this than we have been told.
ReplyDeleteNow come on you people. You're just being cop haters.
ReplyDeleteI love how the MSM labels this incident, "father of four" yada yada. Wonder how many perps are locked up around the country who have four kids or more yet probably have no idea where they are at or even care. Being a father carries no weight unless you are act like one. Who is the media to judge whether or not he was a responsible one, or a deadbeat. But wait, they dont care, they'll use it to their advantage and get the sheeple to get a first impression that won't change. $$$$ in the MSM pockets. I find it rather hard to believe that 9 cops would randomly run around town like a pack of wild dogs and just RANDOMLY pick this "father of 4" to beat up.
ReplyDeleteCOPS- "Look! A father of four! Get him!!!"
*9 cops take off running batons in hand*
FATHER OF 4- "Stop beating me! Please! Please stop! Stop!"
COPS- "Stop resisting!!"
COPS- *high Fives and fist pumps" "yeah! We got
Him!"
.....you people amaze me. Oh and hey MSM while your at it find a nice picture to post so he looks like he is a nice guy who wouldnt hurt a fly, that should woo the sheeple even more into thinking this father of four was picked out randomly and killed by the police because they had nothing better to do. Get a life
2:40...STOP trying to justify NINE cops beating a man to death. To death!! At what point did they decide to stop beating him? I've been in a lot of fights. There is always --- ALWAYS -- a point where someone is beaten to the point of not being able to stand, or raise their hands anymore or even take another swing. Bad father or not, you impune his character in order to justify nine against one MURDER? That's the best ya got?? SHAME on you. You find it "hard to believe" that cops just run around like a pack of dogs? Of course they don't. More like a pack of gang-bangers waiting (hoping) for trouble to start so they can bust some ass. But cross one. Say something they don't like (which is a CONSTITUTIONAL right, by the way, NOT punishable by death). You might as well have stolen a pound of coke from the Crips. Nine cops who, by themselves, couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag, turn into 5'7" badasses when they get together. To teach some lessons. Does their training now include beating one man until they (the police) get tired of striking an unarmed man with their batons? Trying to JUSTIFY a murder by SUGGESTING the perp was a bad father (and those nine cops were just the right jury to set him straight, huh?) is beyond sickening and a good indicator of why the police are now held in such low esteem by millions. YOU are painting your own picture. "Restraint" doesn't just mean "handcuffs" and leg irons, you heel clicking Gestapo flunky.
ReplyDeleteOh I'm sorry, did I hit a nerve? Are you, or WERE you one of the "perps locked up that have 4 kids or more and have no idea or don't care where they are?" as I referred to above? My apologies, not really, but you get the point...or do you? Obviously you missed my first one. Who was condoning the death? Certainly not this poster. My point was the way MSM portrays stories.
DeleteI am curious though, the way you refer to "coke" and the way you go out of the way to capitalize the "C" in "Crips". Only "coke" I know is in a red can in my refrigerator with the words "coca-cola" on it. You must be a different breed. And please, explain these "millions" of people who have such low esteem for the cops. Are they your jailhouse buddies? Oh whoops, there I go again, "clicking my heels"
You've had way too much time on your hands my friend. Too much built up anger. How long we're you incarcerated? And for what?
Why don't you try something for me. Next cop you see, walk up to him. Say hi. Make conversation. Give him your concerns about crime, concerns about the neighborhood, ask him what can be done. Be PROACTIVE. But wait, that's not possible. Because I'm sure where your from that's considered "snitching". I'm sure your parents raised you to hate cops. Because they were involved in "fighting and coke" and it's the cops fault that mommy and daddy (or just mommy, daddy was probably locked up) were arrested. Cops hinder your drug trafficking. Cops hinder your illegal activity. Why would you talk to them. Cops hinder you from drinking and driving. Cops lock you up if you break the law. SHAME ON THEM,HUH?
Until then, let me get back to work, you need your paycheck at the end of the month I've got to earn it for you somehow. Your welcome.
imclain---youre such an idiot. you know nothing about what cops face, yet decide to hide like a coward and complain about everything you hear in the media. cant remember the wrestlers name in OC several years ago, but look into that and see how many cops it took to get this man in control and how long it took and how much fight he had in him until he died. ive been in several fights with someone resisting arrest where it took several cops to get the person under control. just because someone is an officer, does not mean that they are stronger then everyone they encounter, and can just grab someone with a magic hold and get immediate compliance. i can tell youre just one of those pansy types of guys that would just cower at the thought of doing a job like this.
ReplyDeleteFurther, you didn't bother even addressing the theft of private property (cells phones). Is that normal police procedure, too? And would that procedure include telling innocent citizens that if they DON'T give you their personal, private property on demand, that you still have a few swings left in your batons? Maybe you should consider replacing your gun and badge with an SS lightning bolt emblem and better uniforms. At least we'd know what your real intentions are.....
ReplyDeletelol! 4:23...Me and FIVE of my friends will beat the dog crap out of ANY MAN YOU KNOW. And we won't need batons, or bullet proof vests. And, again for the record, what did YOU do when you witnessed another cop commit a crime? Not a single cop -- not one -- has EVER answered that one. Including you. And my brother-in-law is a 20 year veteran detective in Anne Arundel county. He can't and won't answer that question, either. And you can tell I'm a pansy, huh? THAT'S funny. I can tell you are 5' 6'' and got beat up in high school, too. Tell your boyfriend to buy you some platform shoes. Might help your self-esteem.....
ReplyDeleteWhatcha got as an ANSWER? The list of unfounded and completely baseless and false accusations are beyond funny. I don't drink (at all), don't smoke, no criminal record, full time job (same job for 16+ years, father was a former Marine, honorable discharge (VOLUNTEERED), gun permit, and on and on and on. Got anything else? LOL! And neither parent was a criminal. And I AM proactive. I carry a .357 24/7. And I bet I have more money than YOU. So....go do your job. The one you volunteered for. And quit whining because so many of your gangster friends are YouTube stars. Just not in the way most people would want to be a "star"....
