 Resolution No. 2275 - authorizing the Mayor to sign the grant agreement and
accept a grant of $13,750.00 from Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Bikeways Program for the provision of the initial two miles of pavement marking and signage necessary to create a bike path “spine” route from Downtown Salisbury to Salisbury University 
 Resolution No. 2276 – accepting a donation of $2,500.00 from Salisbury University, a donation of $2,500.00 from Sea Gull Century Foundation, and a donation of $1,250.00 from bike-SBY for the provision of the initial two miles of pavement marking and signage necessary to create a bike path “spine” route from Downtown Salisbury to Salisbury University 
6:45 p.m. FY 2014 BUDGET – Mayor James Ireton, Jr. 

 Ordinance No. 2243 - appropriating the necessary funds for the operation of
the Government and Administration of the City of Salisbury, Maryland for the period July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014, establishing the levy for the General Fund for the same fiscal period and establishing the appropriation for the Water and Sewer, Parking Authority and City Marina Funds (proposed FY 14 Budget and setting the date for a public hearing) 

 Ordinance No. 2244 – to amend Water and Sewer rates to decrease sewer
rates by 6.5%, making said changes effective for all bills dated October 1, 2013 and thereafter unless and until subsequently revised or changed (proposed Water & Sewer rates)
