  2. Complete bull crap. They most likely got a call about domestic violence, he could have opened the door, problem averted. If the police had left, and something happened (they didn't just show up without cause) they would be playing a tape about abandonment and liability. Cant win, lets go back to Mayberry :(

You are right, but not for the reasons you think. The cops had no right, legal or otherwise, to kick in their door and assault the owners.

They did not open the door or go outside, because they did not have to. No one has to obey an unlawful order and in fact, it's their duty to resist unlawful actions.

Both parties in question were plainly visible and TALKING to the police. Both telling them nothing happened and essentially telling the cops to go away.

Heaven forbid someone does not cower at the mere presence of these jack booted thugs.

After the homeowners, (victims), sue and get paid off, as so many do because of actions like these, these cops should be fired and jailed.

I know not all cops are bad, but the 95% of them that are, make the rest of them look bad.

If only cops would obey the same laws they try to enforce, THEN problems averted!

  6. If a husband and wife are both telling you nothing is wrong, the kids are playing, and they have the presence of mind to get video rolling,
they very well may have been the victims of swatting.
Police have no right to kick in your door, guns drawn, then taze you in your own home.
    10:54 is spot on.
The internal review is basically these cops sitting around with friends and a union rep laughing and high five-ing on how easy it was to kick down the door and electrocute the "obviously dangerous, threatening man" defending his home and rights.
No mercy on these types of people. Direct your revenge.

And yeah you may shoot me but I will damn sure take a few of you Nazi enforcers with me!

  9. 9:06 is right. So is 1:21. The police MUST enforce the law. Without them, society crumbles into chaos. But they have become so militarized, so strong-arm, and so inflated with their power and authority, they don't know how to address ANY problem with anything other than over-the-top violence and overwhelming force. Resist or die. THAT should be their new motto, because "Protect and Serve" has become pathectically laughable. They used to be trained in calm and reasonable reaction and approaches to the citizenry. Now, at the SLIGHTEST provocation, they body slam old ladies (REALLY DANGEROUS old ladies), bully teenagers, beat drunks to death in a nine to one murderous attack, handcuff men and women and THEN beat them, confine unarmed people and mace them while they laugh and OTHER cops make sure no citizens intervene, jump from the roofs of cars to "gorilla stomp" citizens who are being held down by 3 other cops, walk into crowds and start shooting (New Orleans) innocent people....the list (and videos) are endless. And THESE are the events that actually get filmed. Often by the police themselves. The police can be insulted by these facts. Their hero image can be tarnished, much to their displeasure, with these videos and court cases. But it doesn't change the facts. Who are you going to believe? THEM or your lying eyes?

  10. you people are the same idiots that blame the police for not finding the women in ohio sooner. just because this woman is saying she is ok, does not mean she is only doing so because she is fearful. all this idiot had to do was come to the door, both of the idiots, and show the officers that they were not injured in any way. then they would have left without further problems. there is still such a thing as common courtesy in this world, even when dealing with police. these officers were nothing but polite and professional until the homeowners escalated the matter themselves.

I agree. I've been waiting for it to happen somewhere that the people refuse to be bullied and abused by the cops, and the roles get reversed.

  16. 3:23 - Only an absolute FOOL stands in the open to engage in a gunfight. This isn't the Revolutionary, or Civil, War when everyone gets a turn to fire a volley. Where would you expect them to be? You are clearly inexperienced at gunfighting - or unbelievably lucky to have survived!
