“Every citizen deserves the opportunity to cast their vote and be heard. In 2010, Maryland allowed early voting for the first time. Since then, we’ve seen a large increase - more than 16 percent of registered Maryland voters in 2012 - in the number of citizens taking advantage of the opportunity to vote early. Thanks to Senator Dyson, Delegate Cardin, Delegate Resnik, and all of the members of the General Assembly who believe that every Marylander should have the right to cast their vote, we've successfully expanded this process in our State.
"Together, we can continue to improve access to voting and encourage more Marylanders to exercise their most fundamental right."
And how many of those yahoo acrossed the bridge voted 2 and 3 times thanks to early voting???????
ReplyDeleteYeah. And why don't we require a background check, finger printing, psychological exam, and drivers licence to get a permit to vote? This way only worthy citizens can have a say in who oversees their Country and State.
ReplyDelete919 is right, but we're going to have to outlaw certain types of votes! Like Dem & GOP ones. Only independent votes will be legal!
ReplyDeleteNo wonder OweMalley is applauding, goes right along with liberal motto Vote Early and Ofte. How about showing ID, would that be too much to ask?
