  1. This is a vital topic. Our county is spending tens of millions of dollars on educating at risk youth, and their achievement is declining. It is difficult to combat a statistic of over 80% of African American babies being born out of wedlock. I'm not sure how schools can stop that, but something needs to happen. So many young people believe they can choose to live off the taxpayers forever.

  3. until the govt stops using taxpayers money ti give entitlements(handouts) to blacks because they feel theyre owed something they will continue to go down the same path.homestly if you could get by for free without working wouldnt you?i couldnt because id be bored out of my mind sitting home all day and i need a feelong of accomplishment.but many poeple would rather take a free handout and sit home or run the streets and sell/use drugs with the money they get from taxpayers.the whole system needs to be changed its obviously not working.
