Baltimore Mayor Proposes Several New Taxes In Budget

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings Blake wants to raise more money with some new taxes.

One is a 25-cent per-ride surcharge for using a taxi in the city.

Another is a tax on billboards that would impose a levy on both static and electronic signs based on square feet of space.

    She must be a Democrat. Tell me it ain't so. Someone once said NEVER SEEN A DEMOCRAT WHO WOULDN'T WANT TO RAISE TAXES. Salisbury citizens beware - it's coming to you too.
