Yes. The war on drugs has not worked for 40 years. Legalizing takes the money from the criminal activity, that money only gets smuggled out of the country and into the hands of deadly drug cartels. Keep the dollars here in the USA, reduce court expenses and create more jobs and tax it.
YES, it will free up officers time and the courts to go after real criminals like politicians! Tax it and we can get our roads fixed, schools air conditioned, computers and new books for kids in the schools.

Drug use is the same percentage of population it was when the War on Drugs began and heroin was available over the counter. Let American adults make decisions freely !!!

Heck, why don't they just make evrything legal, murder etc. and then put a tax on it. Our governor is good at all that.
