    I think he means 90% of LEGALLY-OWNED guns. Even then he's wrong. Decent, law-abiding Hispanics and African-Americans who live in the cities are too often denied their 2nd amendment right to keep and bear arms.

    Wrong if I own the guns I have nothing to be scared of. On the other hand if you don't own a gun you will be scared to death if someone breaks into your house.
