Whats the PROBLEM???
ReplyDeleteBKLN age and health is the stated reason.
ReplyDeleteIf anyone read about Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger before he became Pope Benedict XVI, he told the late Pope John Paul II that he did not want to be pope, but Pope John Paul II nominated and recommended him anyway. He tried to fulfill the late pope's wishes and now he found a way out.
ReplyDelete929-With Ratz's being quite old when nominated, it was always thought that he was just a seatwarmer. Hopefully the Church looks towards the future by fully addressing the past. I have a hard time believing my children will attend like I did.
ReplyDeleteThank You Pope Benedict.
ReplyDeleteCan I get one of the hats? They totally rock.
ReplyDeleteI admire anyone who can resign when they feel it is the right thing to do and the right time
He should be in jail for covering up child rape.
