At first glance, it seems to be nothing more than a standard oil truck: White cab, silver tank, parked in the lot behind an oil delivery company.
"It's very unassuming," said Ken Foster, the vehicle's owner.
Upon closer examination, however, there's something a little different about this truck.
A metal bar, bearing a strange resemblance to the handle of a grill, runs horizontally across the side of the tank. In the space where the hose should be coiled, there appears to be a folded set of stairs.
