Cynthia Polk Files To Run Against Councilwoman Shanie Shields


Cynthia Polk has created a primary against Mrs. Jackson and Mrs. Shields for the First District. Mrs. Polk only lost by ONE vote in the last election against Shanie Shields.

    She is not a good public speaker, but she is smart, well-groomed and walks the walk working with children. She is also a self-made businesswoman.

    Class act. Good luck to her! Salisbury would be way better by now if she had won.
