A ruling from the Alabama Supreme Court has concluded that a reference in state law that prevents exposing children to dangerous chemicals also protects an unborn child.
While the decision itself is unrelated to abortion, in a court where at least one justice has advocated overturning Roe v. Wade the decision today in Ankrom v. State undoubtedly will be referenced again.
The case upheld the convictions of two women, Hope Ankrom of Coffee County and Amanda Kimbrough of Colbert County, who were prosecuted for using drugs during their pregnancies.

Good. I don't advocate more people on this planet but I would like to see an end to killing babies.
ReplyDeleteBirth control or abstinence is 100% needed. Looking around at our young today would demand that we stop production of the imbeciles we have walking around now.
Then parenting classes would be mandatory. The wild, uneducated, uncivilized and untrained kids we have now in our towns and cities are a direct result on non-parenting kids who have had no parenting themselves.
Going through life thinking it is a video game and no respect for ANYTHING OR ANYONE is not conductive to a civilized and productive country or society in general.
The ones we have now are mostly in a gang, in a prison, pregnant, in someone else's house stealing, killing someone, and other criminal behavior.
When you look at these degenerates, you are looking at our future. IF we live long enough to see it.
Being politically correct and wringing hands over the possibility of back room abortions has to end.
The reality we HAVE is far worse than any VISION anyone may have of what MAY happen.
Time to put on our big boys and girls panties and start acting like we give a damn. Instead of leaving it up to someone else or being worried about invading someone's privacy and irresponsible freedoms.
The ones you are talking about aren't the ones having the abortions. They are the kids having the kids.
ReplyDeleteHelps keep more black people in jail for a longer time. Any Kennedy's or DuPonts or Waltons go to jail for using drugs while pregnant? Oh, they didn't do THAT? Right. And Congress is the epitomy of honor and excellence.

Well you may be right since there seems to be an overabundance of them. But it has been said that PP targeted that group in their early years.
But in my earlier post I was talking about ALL of the young people, not just one group.
If one would take a good look at all of them they might see the problem lies with each group.
