I got this ad in the mail a few days ago... ...So I mailed it back to them, and they are paying for it! I thought you might get a kick out of it. ...They also included a prepaid envelope...Have a great day Mr. Mayor!
Most businesses are struggling and trying every outlet they can to maintain or earn new business (including The Daily Times), this little prank seems childlessly innocent, but it cost that company extra money for postage. If you can't play nice, don't play at all or atleast recycle the junk mail you don't use.
Should have strapped a brick to it or at least included a few more pieces of paper. Make it as heavy as possible
ReplyDeleteIf I get one ,I'll do the something.
ReplyDeleteI do that too, with all the prepaid postage envelopes. Its really fun!
ReplyDeleteI was a bad boy and enclosed rocks and other heavy objects into the envelope before mailing it so they would have to pay more postage costs.
ReplyDeletei've done that with prepaid envelopes for years! sometimes i like to mix it up a bit and send the offer for the capitol one card to discover! HAHAHA
ReplyDeleteRaise postal rates for junk mail. It would ease burden on citizens and increase revenue for the post office.
ReplyDeletedo beware. those barcodes on postage paid envelopes do tell alot about which envelope goes where.
