Third Friday TONIGHT!

What is December 21, 2012? The Mayan Apocalypse? The Galactic Alignment? Well... we don't really know. All we know is its 3rd Friday in Downtown Salisbury! We will be ringing in the Holidays and Doomsday together this Friday from 5- 8 PM. A strange combination to be sure, but add in some art, fabulous shopping, live music and fantastic restaurant specials, and you have yourself a great reason to head downtown for another awesome 3rd Friday!

The 3rd Friday artists will fill The Powell Building on the Plaza, with Fine Art displays as well as plenty of handmade items and crafts, right in time for last minute holiday gifts! The City Center building will also be buzzing with activity, fabulous food and drink specials at Aqua Bar & Restaurant, and live holiday music and an Open Mic Night hosted by B&B Music FROM 5-8 pm!
Enza's 6th Anniversary!
Enza's is celebrating their six-year anniversary! Alex & Shiloh will be performing from 6-8 in the salon, all in house products will be 25% off, and Wine, Cheese, Cake and Coffee will be the spread. Gift Certificates will be on sale 10-30% off - with a random drawing to find out which % off you will receive.

Art Institue & Gallery
Stop by Art Institute and Gallery for the special 3rd Friday Shopping Night with the Arts, and take advantage of special sales, and free gift wrapping! Perfect way to cross off last minute gifts! Hot chocolate and cookies will be served. 5-7pm.
Ugly Sweater Party at Season's Best! 
Still looking to shop? Then head on down to Season's Best Antiques for their Ugly Sweater Party from 5 - 8 PM! The first 30 people wearing their ugliest sweaters will receive a free gift, and their huge inventory of unique antiques is certain to contain perfect presents for everyone on your list.

Houses of Worship Open House Tour
The First Annual Salisbury Houses of Worship Open House Tour will also be taking place during 3rd Friday. This self-guided tour takes place from 4-7 PM and includes six gorgeous and historical churches, all surrounding the Downtown Area, including Bethesda United Methodist, Chipman M.E. Church and Cultural Center, St. Francis de Sales, St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Trinity United Methodist and Wicomico Presbyterian Church. The churches will be open during these hours and historical information will be presented, as well as musical performances. Tour information and music schedules are available at each of the churches in advance.

  1. What if the world did come to an end and we don't yet realize it.If everyone is dead maybe nothing would appear to be different.We lost power this morning.I have no idea when it went out,but it was out when I got up at 4:45AM.Maybe that was when it ended.
