And for next year I will promise you an increase in gasoline taxes. And you will then drive more and I will get more money to fix and build roads in and around Baltimore. Oh, wait. You may be driving to Delaware and Virginia to buy gas. You know I never thought about that until I put an extra dollar tax on a pack of smokes and 9% tax on booz. Wonder why revenues are down on those items?
