  2. Looked like the opposite to me. That idiot is exactly why we need to ban all automatic and assualt weapons now. Morgan was doing all the spanking here.

  3. In the very small principality of Monaco gun ownership is very easy. Just about everyone has atleast one and collecting firearms is common. The murder rate is 0 (ZERO.) The country is comprised of very wealthy people generally targets of crime but no one dares approach them with criminal intent because it's always suspected that someone is armed. Crime committed by a stranger such as house breakins are unheard of. An armed country is a much more civilized country.
Piers Morgan is wrong. The UK esp London isn't fit to live in anymore because since gun control crime has skyrocketed in the last 2 yrs. Did he say the UK had 35 murders? If so he is lying-try more than 600 every year.

  4. I know this particular area since having connections to Wilton CT (about 15 min away) for over 25 years. Gun ranges are as prevalent there as bars in Ocean City. Everyone in these areas owns/collects and visits the gun ranges including children.
The people who live in this area are not what the politicans esp Obama are used to. They are not only affluent but goal and results driven intelligent people. They will see this for what it is-a mental health issue and not for what some politicians would like it to be-a gun issue.

  6. Lets see....if people are not allowed to have guns in England that would mean only criminals have them so the GUN viloence/death will be lower. What the other guy was trying to say....yes the gun violence might be lower in England.....but the overall violence in England is higher than in the USA. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.

  8. The Guardian reports that the US has the highest gun ownership rate in the world – an average of 88 per 100 people. England and Wales, by comparison have an average of 6.2 per 100 people. As a result, 31,347 Americans were killed by guns in 2009, while the 2008 figure for the UK was 39.

  9. 4:56 How about violent crimes? Who has more violent crimes? You can't compare us to the UK when we do have more guns......how many people are killed and violated in other countries because they don't have guns? Take away the guns and they will find another way. Will it be roadside bombs where the school buses travel? Will they just drive the vehicle into a building? If people want to do harm they are going to find a way to do it. You can buy fertilizer just as easy as you can bullets.

  10. US may have the highest gun ownership rate but still ranks near 30 in firearm murder rate. In Switzerland where all males (with a few exceptions) are required to own a gun (voluntary for females)because they operate their military under the citizen militia system, has one of the lowest crime rates in the world.
Do you think that that's an anomaly that crime is very low in Switzerland 4:56? Or do you think it's because maybe criminals are afraid of a bullet to their heads if they act up?

  12. Your numbers are wrong 4:56. The USA is 4th in the world in total gun deaths. There are a shade over 100,000 per year. South Africa has about 30,000, Columbia and Thailand are both a little over 20,000 and the USA is about 10,000. The top 3 countries listed account for approximately 70% of total gun deaths. America is not even close to being first. That is a liberal lie.
