    um, last I checked, a simple majority doesn't cut it. Throw on top of that the fact that Dems don't vote in lockstep like the lemmings on the otherside of the aisle.

    2:24 You are correct. Raising revenue (taxes) is the responsibility of the House. Now, who is responsible for raising spending? If you don't mind, please quote me the Article and Section of the Constitution that addresses the spending. Waiting your response.
