Remember back in 2010 when 13 Chrysler auto workers got busted drinking and smoking what appeared to be marijuana on the job? Sure you do, it was all over the news.
Unsurprisingly, once news of their “extracurricular” activities made headlines, they were promptly fired by the embarrassed automaker for violating company policy.

Can you imagine where this country would be without Labor Unions?
ReplyDeleteI saw this on the news and a video showing the working doing exactly what they were fired for was very eveident to me. My eyes help me determine that they were drinking and smoking.
ReplyDeleteAnother reason for the "Right to Work" laws to be enacted. The unions are killing our economy and the quality of our products. Do you think the countries we export to see this and want to buy more?
ReplyDeleteMakes me want to go out ands look for the union label.
ReplyDeleteCorrupt unions and corrupt government. And ignorant americans keep letting them get away with it.
ReplyDeleteSo sad that this happened. Makes me wonder about the quality and credibility of the company now.
ReplyDeleteI was a supervisor in a Chicken processing plant and had 2 employees terminated for drinking on the job, the union a few weeks later got them reinstated with back pay. It just shows you how worthless we have become as a nation. True work ethics are not rewarded any longer, it is about how you can get over on the man.
ReplyDeleteNote - this was back in the 1980's.
The Unions need to be eliminated.
